These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Go Ranks Ltd, trading as Healthcare Integrated Network ("the Company"), and any individual or entity ("the Participant") purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, participating in a survey, or entering into an exhibitor or sponsorship agreement. By engaging with the Company in any manner, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Organisation

All events are organised by the Company, which facilitates industry-related conferences, exhibitions, and technology-driven discussions. The Company reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any aspect of its events at its sole discretion.

2. Liability Disclaimer

​

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense incurred by the Participant, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, or consequential, arising from participation in an event, survey, sponsorship, or exhibition. The Participant attends and participates at their own risk.

3. Data Collection and Processing

​

By engaging with the Company, the Participant consents to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data for administrative and marketing purposes. The Company will take reasonable steps to protect data but shall not be responsible for any unauthorised access, breach, or misuse of data by third parties.

4. Ticket Purchase, Exhibition, and Sponsorship Packages

​

All ticket sales, exhibition spaces, and sponsorship agreements are final and non-refundable. The Company is not responsible for the Participant’s inability to attend an event due to any reason, including but not limited to illness, visa issues, travel restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Surveys and Online Engagement

​

Any voluntary information provided by the Participant in an online survey or other engagement activities may be used for commercial purposes. The Company assumes no responsibility for how such data is used or interpreted by third parties.

6. Event Information and Attendance

​

The Company does not provide transport, accommodation, or visa support. The Participant is solely responsible for all arrangements necessary to attend an event. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from an event without explanation.

7. Use of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes

​

The Company may use personal data for targeted advertising and marketing. The Participant may opt out at any time but acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for third-party use of previously shared data.

8. Security and Data Protection

​

While the Company takes precautions to protect personal information, it does not guarantee absolute security and is not responsible for any breach or loss of data.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

​

All ticket sales are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, no refunds or compensation will be provided. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or venue closures.

10. Changes to Events and Speakers

​

The Company reserves the right to modify event programs, change speakers, or alter event formats without liability. No compensation will be provided for any modifications.

11. Exhibitor and Sponsor Agreements

​

Exhibitors and sponsors agree to comply with all event regulations. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal disputes arising from exhibitor or sponsor participation.

12. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

​

The Company retains all rights to event content, branding, and intellectual property. Participants may not record, distribute, or reproduce event content without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

​

The Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or goodwill. Participants attend and participate at their own risk.

14. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Children's Privacy

​

The Company does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If the Company becomes aware that personal information of a minor has been collected without parental consent, it will take appropriate steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians who believe their child’s information has been inadvertently collected should contact the Company immediately.

The Company provides a platform for paid users to upload and share content, subject to approval per the Company’s sharing policy. Content flagged as ‘suitable for youth’ undergoes additional review for safeguarding purposes. Users must ensure they have all necessary permissions, copyrights, and licenses before sharing any content. The Company assumes no liability for any shared material, and users bear full responsibility for their content.

The Company may distribute member content across various mediums, including websites, social media, newsletters, and digital publications. Content shared aims to enhance visibility and digital presence. Paid users can track and measure content engagement through their accounts.

20. Notifications

Users may receive notifications based on their membership type and preferences. Notifications include, but are not limited to, event updates, job alerts, news alerts, and funding opportunities. Users can manage or opt out of notifications at any time via their account settings.

21. Data Storage and Privacy

​

Paid user data is retained for 12 months from registration. If membership is not renewed, the account will be downgraded to free user status, and associated listings may be removed. Data is stored securely and only shared with GDPR-compliant third-party service providers responsible for hosting and CRM functions.

22. Marketing Communications

​

By registering, users opt into receiving at least a weekly newsletter. Additional marketing communications can be managed through account settings. Users may unsubscribe at any time.

23. Membership and Renewals

​

Paid membership lasts one year unless otherwise agreed. Membership renews automatically unless the user downgrades or cancels before expiry. Membership payments are non-refundable, and cancellations result in immediate termination of benefits.

24. Security and Passwords

​

Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Passwords should not be shared. Multi-factor authentication is available for enhanced security. The Company is not responsible for unauthorised access due to user negligence.

25. Inappropriate Content and Conduct

Users must not upload offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. The Company reserves the right to remove content or terminate memberships in violation of these terms.
