Code of Conduct for Go Ranks Ltd (Healthcare Integrated Network)

At Go Ranks Ltd, trading as Healthcare Integrated Network, we are committed to fostering an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and safe for everyone, regardless of sex/gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, religion, profession, or any other characteristic. We aim to create an atmosphere of mutual respect at all of our events, including our healthcare expos, whether online or in person.

We expect all attendees, speakers, event staff, sponsors, and anyone involved in our events to adhere to this Code of Conduct. Harassment of any form is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are unacceptable at any of our events:

• Abusive or offensive language: Any speech that is abusive, aggressive, degrading, or offensive toward individuals or groups based on their characteristics or affiliations.

• Sexual imagery or inappropriate content: Displaying or sharing sexual imagery, suggestive content, or inappropriate behavior in person or online.

• Unwanted physical contact: Engaging in any physical interaction that is not consensual or appropriate.

• Disruption of events: Deliberately disrupting talks, presentations, or other event activities in a way that disturbs the experience of others.

• Advocating harmful behaviour: Encouraging or supporting the behaviours listed above or any actions that harm others.

Expectations for Conference Participants

We expect all individuals involved in our events, including attendees, speakers, moderators, and sponsors, to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Respect and Courtesy: Treat all conference participants with respect, kindness, and professionalism, regardless of their background, identity, or personal characteristics.

2. Non-Harassment: Avoid engaging in any behaviors that could be considered harassment, bullying, or exclusionary in nature.

3. Speaker Introductions: For those introducing speakers at our events, please ensure that you consult with the speaker prior to the introduction regarding their preferred form of address (e.g., “Doctor,” “Mister,” “Ms.,” etc.). We ask that you respect and use their preference when introducing them.

Reporting Harassment or Violations

If you experience or witness harassment or any other form of misconduct during one of our events, please contact a member of our event staff immediately. We take such matters seriously and will investigate and address any concerns promptly.

Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, Go Ranks Ltd and Healthcare Integrated Network shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during our events, whether online or in-person. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from participation in our events.

By participating in our events, attendees and all participants acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk. Go Ranks Ltd and Healthcare Integrated Network are not responsible for the actions of third parties or for any event-related issues beyond our control.
